2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. All shipping charges are final and non-refundable, except in cases where products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
3. Delivery Locations
We currently offer shipping within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
4. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note that processing time may be longer during peak seasons or if there is an issue with your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your order directly on the carrier’s website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after you receive your confirmation email.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery commitments, Flextsopic is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, please contact the carrier directly for more information.
7. Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives and items are missing or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will investigate the issue and offer a solution, which may include a refund or replacement of the damaged items.
8. P.O. Box Addresses
Please note that we may not be able to ship to P.O. Box addresses depending on the shipping method selected. If your order cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box, we will contact you to provide an alternative solution.
9. Free Shipping Promotions
Occasionally, Flextsopic may offer free shipping promotions. These promotions will be clearly marked on the website or during checkout. Please be aware that free shipping may only apply to specific products or order amounts, and exclusions may apply.
